Meet Mrs McDermott

Mrs. Cristi McDermott

Welcome back to school! My name is Mrs. McDermott and this will be my 22nd year teaching.  I have been fortunate to work at Goodnoe Elementary for my entire teaching career.  I spent the first nine years teaching in the special education program and the last twelve years as a regular education teacher in both third and second grade.  When I am not teaching my amazing students, I am a wife and a mom to three wonderful children (and one furry child).  Brielle, my oldest daughter, is 14 years old and is in ninth grade this year.  Lillienne, my youngest daughter, is 11 1/2 years old and is in sixth grade this school year.  Tyler, my baby boy, turned 8 in April and is in third grade. I am excited to meet our future second graders and see how far they can grow this year!
